Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Information

This website is managed by Tecno S.R.L., with registered office in Via Sant'Onofrio, 19 -95025- Aci Sant'Antonio, VAT number 03798600874, registered in the Companies Register of CATANIA. Use of the site and the purchase of products through it imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Object

These conditions govern the sale of products carried out through the e-commerce site www.shop-tecnofornitureindustriali.com/ (hereinafter the "Site") and are drawn up in accordance with current legislation on electronic commerce and consumer protection.

3. Products and Availability

All products are described in the respective product sheets. Availability is indicated at the time of purchase, but cannot be guaranteed until the order is confirmed. In the event of unavailability, the Customer will be promptly informed.

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated separately during the purchase process.

5. Purchase Methods

To place an order, the Customer must complete the online checkout procedure. The sale is considered concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation sent by email by the Seller.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Advance bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Credit/debit card via PayPal

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is carried out via express couriers. Delivery times vary based on the destination and availability of the product. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the courier.

8. Right of Withdrawal (only for consumers)

The consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide reasons, by sending written communication via email or PEC. The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and the return costs are borne by the Customer.

ATTENTION: The right of withdrawal does not apply to corporate customers or customized products on request.

9. Warranty and Assistance

All products are covered by a legal guarantee for lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). For corporate customers, the guarantees provided by the Civil Code apply. In the event of a defective product, the Customer must contact Customer Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Seller will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or interruption of business arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased.

11. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with current legislation and the Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law and Competent Court

This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the Court of CATANIA shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
